Understand the agreement between you and Flourish as you use our platform
- Remove the current class from the content27_link item as Webflow's native current state will automatically be applied.
- To add interactions which automatically expand and collapse sections in the table of contents select the content27_h-trigger element, add an element trigger and select Mouse click (tap)
- For the first click select the custom animation Content 28 table of contents [Expand] and for the second click select the custom animation Content 28 table of contents [Collapse].
- In the Trigger Settings, deselect all checkboxes other than Desktop and above to prevent bugs when scrolling on smaller devices.
Agreement to terms
By accessing and using Flourish, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you may not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of Flourish constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Use of service
Flourish provides a mobile application designed to deliver intelligent coaching automations and flexible planning tools. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, and disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within Flourish.
User accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Flourish immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Flourish will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information.
Intellectual property rights
All content, features, and functionality of Flourish, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Flourish or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.
Limitations of liability
Flourish is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Flourish disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Flourish will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Third-party links and content
Flourish may contain links to third-party websites and resources. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these external sites or their content. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their terms and conditions, and we encourage you to review them before engaging with any third-party service.

Termination of service
Flourish reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Causes for termination include but are not limited to violation of these terms, unauthorized access attempts, or engagement in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use Flourish immediately ceases.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
